Lion King may roar again at box office
Several films compete at this weekend's box office against Disney's Lion King 3D, trying for its second weekend at the top.
Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill starrer Moneyball from Columbia Pictures debuts in 2,993 venues, vying for adult viewers. Bennett Miller's baseball drama includes Robin Wright, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Chris Pratt, Kathryn Morris, Glenn Morshower and Tammy Blanchard.

Trying to win away families from Lion King, Warner Bros. Pictures' drama Dolphin Tale debuts in 3,507 venues with a starring cast of Ashley Judd, Morgan Freeman, Harry Connick Jr. and Nathan Gamble on board. The story follows a friendship between a boy and a dolphin whose tail was lost in a crab trap.

Those itching for action will have two from the genre to choose from. Catering for younger auds, Taylor Lautner will have his Twilight fans foaming at the mouth in Lionsgate's Abduction in 3,118 locations. Also starring are Lily Collins, Sigourney Weaver and Maria Bello. Open Road Films releases its Killer Elite under the helm of Gary McKendry in 2,750 theaters, with Jason Statham, Clive Owen and Robert De Niro on board.
