I really enjoyed this film. I'm a huge fan of most everything Rachel McAdams does. Channing Tatum, on the otherhand, is someone whose acting ability I don't care for. (I know, i know) With the exception of "Guide to Recognizing your saints" which lends itself perfectly for someone to stand around and mumble their lines....I can't say the same for his other roles.
Many will probably see this only because of the two leads and at first I thought they had been in one of those other Nicholas Sparks movies. Fans of Tatum (Dear John), or McAdams (Notebook) will love this movie.
I like the story, I liked the music, and I think you will too.
By the way, the movie is based on a true story which makes it all the more enjoyable.
