See the new character poster of Stanley Tucci as Caesar in Francis Lawrence's The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The Lionsgate release starring Jennifer Lawrence opens on on November 22nd, and is based on the novel by Suzanne Collins, adapted by Simon Beaufoy and Michael Arndt.
