Toland Krieger's Celeste and Jesse Forever snagged by Sony Pictures Classics.
The comedy scripted by, and starring Rashida Jones, as well as Will McCormack, has been picked up by Sony Pictures Classics, who have acquired Eastern European, North American and Latin American rights to the film, reports Deadline.
Jennifer Todd, Suzanne Todd and Lee Nelson produce the Lee Toland Krieger-directed which made its debut at Sundance's Premiere Section. Also in the cast are Andy Samberg, Chris Messina, Ari Graynor, Will McCormack, Emma Roberts, and Elijah Wood.
Pic follows two people who met in high school, got married at a young age, and are now growing apart. When deciding at thirty-year-old to get divorced, they try to stay best friends and pursue other relationships, but this proves more complicated than they anticipated.
