The single-camera comedy All In which is being executive produced by actor Ryan Reynolds and writer Allan Loeb, has landed a pilot commitment via Fox TV.
Deadline reports that this follows compulsive gambler Tommy Vigorish who aims to get back in the game with the aid of his family, as long as it doesn't involve the exchange of money.
Reynolds and Loeb are serving as executive producers on All In alongside Jonathon Komack Martin and Steven Pearl of Reynold's DarkFire TV.
Since writing the solid Things We Lost in the Fire, Loeb has scripted films like the yawn-provoking Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, the amusing The Dilemma with Vince Vaughn and Kevin James, romantic comedy Just Go With It with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, and the recent poor-performing Rock of Ages, under the helm of Adam Shankman.
Reynolds was last seen in Safe House with Denzel Washington, and prior to that as Slimer...sorry...Green Lantern, followed by the silly Change-Up comedy with Jason Bateman. He's in post-production phase on The Croods with Nicolas Cag, Emma Stone, Catherine Keener, Clark Duke and Cloris Leachman, and was announced for the reboot of Highlander (there goes another classic).
I guess we're "All In" for something quite special here...
