Dan Fybel and Rich Rinaldi's animated comedy voiced by Russell Brand lands at Fox
After recently landing an unscripted late-night series on FX, Brand's animated comedy, which he voices and co-created, has been picked up by Fox.
Deadline reports that 20th Century Fox TV will produce the Dan Fybel and Rich Rinaldi (Bob's Burgers)-written series, whose concept is being kept under wraps at this point.
Apparently it could be about the life Brand lead in his 20s. Fybel and Rinaldi are also executive producing alongside Brand, Nik Linnen and Beau Bauman of Branded Films, Katherine Pope and with Peter Chernin of Chernin Entertainment.
Brand can be seen in the upcoming Rock of Ages comedy musical from Adam Shankman, alongside Tom Cruise, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Malin Akerman, Alec Baldwin, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Bryan Cranston.
