Paramount Pictures' entertaining "Rango" looks like a definite winner. The animated Gore Verbinski-helmed comedy features the voice talents of Johnny Depp, Isla Fisher, Abigail Breslin, Alfred Molina, Bill Nighy, Harry Dean Stanton, Ray Winstone and Timothy Olyphant.

The story tells of a chameleon with dreams of becoming a swashbuckling hero, who finds himself in a Western town plagued under the iron fist of bandits and is forced to play the role in order to protect it.
John Logan wrote the screenplay from the story by Gore Verbinksi and James Ward Byrkit.
