Stoker may cast Matthew Goode the lead in Chan-wook Park film
Matthew Goode is currently in talks to star in Stoker from South Korean directed Chan-wook Park (Thirst) who helms the Fox Searchlight Pictures release, reports Variety.
Mia Wasikowska and Nicole Kidman are already lined up to star. Story follows a teenage girl who, while mourning the death of her father, must deal with the unexpected appearance of a mysterious uncle (Goode).
Scott Free's Tony Scott and Ridley Scott produce alongside Michael Costigan. The script was written by Wentworth Miller of "Prison Break" under the pseudonym Ted Foulke.
The film marks the domestic directing debut for Park.
