Just as troubled actress Linday Lohan went back and forth on the mobster drama Gotti: Three Generations — for the record she’s back but in a different role — the Mean Girls star bounced back to jail for violating her probation with her recent arrest in a necklace theft case.
According to The New York Post, a Los Angeles judge on Friday ordered Lohan to 120 days in jail for violating terms of her parole.
Lohan was taken into custody immediately after the ruling but her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley was preparing a bid for her release. Bail for Lohan was set at $75K.
Judge Stephanie Sautner made her ruling after watching footage of Lohan walking out a jewelry store with a $2,500 gold necklace around her neck in January.
Lohan earlier turned down a plea deal from Los Angeles prosecutors that would have included a 90-day jail sentence.
Holley questioned the jewelry storeowner, Sofia Kamen, about how she didn’t notice that Lohan walked out of the store with the necklace since the star was wearing a low-cut top that revealed her trademark breasts.
“I wasn’t looking at her chest,” Kaman answered.
