Sergey Bodrov's The Seventh Son casts Game of Thrones star Kit Harington.
Warners may have pushed back the Arthur and Lancelot production, but that didn't stop them from making use of Game of Thrones' Kit Harington in another project. Jon Snow's in final negotiations to join Legendary Pictures' and Warner Bros.' The Seventh Son, with Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Julianne Moore and Alicia Vikander already starring in the film formerly known as The Spook's Apprentice.
The Seventh Son is adapted from the young adult series from Joseph Delaney which tells of a teen who is the seventh son of a seventh son, and learns about wizardry via a forbidding spook, reports Variety.
Harington would play a former apprentice to Jeff Bridges' character in The Seventh Son, produced by Bodrov, alongside Thomas Tull of Legendary Pictures, Thunder Road's Basil Iwanyk and Lionel Wigram. Serving as executive producers are Legendary's Alyssia Cotter as well as Jon Jashni.
