Jason Fuchs will script The Magic Catalogue sci-fi adventure based on Chris Appelhans' concept story about teenagers who acquire high tech weapons never seen before.
Variety reports that Robert Zemeckis' ImageMovers are producing the film with partners Steve Starkey and Jack Rapke.
Fuchs co-wrote TV musical Rags which debuted on Nickelodeon. Film-wise, he's adapted Daniel Waters' supernatural thriller Break My Heart 1,000 Times for Gold Circle Films and Montecito Picture Company and Paramount's The Clock Without a Face based on the puzzle book of the same name by Eli Horowitz and Mac Barnett.
