The Great Wall may land Man of Steel's Henry Cavill.
Zack Snyder's Superman flick Man of Steel wrapping, and the star's already checking out his next project, which comes in the form of Legendary East's The Great Wall, reports Variety.
Edward Zwick helms from a script he wrote alongside Marhsall Herskovitz, which examines how China's Great Wall was constructed. Legendary's chairman Thomas Tull as well as Max Grooks hatched the story for The Great Wall, which Zwick, Herskovitz, Tull and Legendary's Jon Jashni are producing alongside Alex Gartner and Chuck Roven of Atlas Entertainment.
Pic is being co-produced by Legendary East and Huayi Brothers, distributors of the project in China. There's no domestic distributor set as yet.
Cavill was last seen in Relativity Media's Immortals as Theseus, alongside Luke Evans, Mickey Rourke, Freida Pinto, Stephen Dorff, Kellan Lutz, Isabel Lucas and John Hurt.
Man of Steel opens via Warner Bros. Pictures on June 13th next year.
