HBO has given the green light to Spring/Fall, starring Téa Leoni. The half-hour comedy pilot is set in New York City against the backdrop of the fashion world, reports Deadline.
Leoni stars as one half of a partnership between two women who approach their careers, friendship and family life differently. Six Feet Under writer and producer Kate Robin wrote the script for Spring/Fall and will executive produce alongside Leoni.
Documentary filmmaker Spring/Fall (The September Issue) is also executive producing as well as, Jimmy Miller. The pilot starts shooting in June.
Téa Leoni is currently filming the Tower Heist movie along with Ben Stiller, Eddie Murphy, Matthew Broderick, Michael Peña, Judd Hirsch, Casey Affleck, Gabourey Sidibe and Alan Alda. The crime comedy actioner opens November 4th this year under the helm of Brett Ratner.
