Smart Ass comedy adds Essence Atkins of Dance Flick.
The actress joins Marlon Wayans in the independent film which Wayans is helming alongside Mike Tiddes, reports Variety.
Apparently its a spoof of various found-footage flicks like The Devil Inside and the Paranormal Activity films. As long as they don't spoof the winning Chronicle, I'm OK with it.
Smart Ass is being produced by Lisa Blum and Rick Alvarez , and currently filming in Los Angeles.
Atkins' previous credits include Dance Flick from Paramount Pictures, Love for Sale, Preacher's Kid, and is in TBS' comedy Are We There Yet?
