Helen Hunt, Maggie Grace, Aaron Paul in comedy drama Decoding Annie Parker.
They join Samantha Morton who leads as the title character, as well as Christina Hendricks in the Steven Bernstein-helmed project which starts filming in Los Angeles later in October.
Based on a true story and also scripted by Bernstein alongside Adam Bernstein, Decoding Annie Parker tells of a breast cancer patient who will do all she can to solve the mystery behind her illness, despite what the medical world says.
Clark Peterson, Stuart Ross, Keith Kjarval, Mary Vernieu and Ron Senkowski produce while Jonathan Brownlee and Sahil Chanana are serving as executive producers.
Hunt was last seen in the well-received Soul Surfer with AnnaSophia Robb and Dennis Quaid. Grace looked as stunning as always in Faster, starring Dwayne Johnson and Billy Bob Thornton and was in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1. She's up next in the upcoming second-parter and has completed work in Lockout, starring Guy Pearce, Peter Stormare, Vincent Regan and Lennie James.
Aaron Paul stars in TV's critically-acclaimed Breaking Bad and Big Love.
