J Blakeson's Bad Blood and Trouble may land Bradley Cooper
Cooper is in negotiations to join the MRC-financed-and-produced Bad Blood and Trouble, playing a Miami detective in love with a married woman whose husband has been targeted by a group of criminals, reports Variety.
Apparently, he's also being eyed by Clint Eastwood to star alongside Beyonce Knowles in A Star is Born, but there's no deal as Cooper's got a very busy roster.
J Blakeson (The Disappearance of Alice Creed) directs while Adrian Sturges produces via Iota Films alongside Michael De Luca. Bad Blood and Trouble could start production some time in the second half of next year.
Cooper can be seen at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival in David O. Russell's (The Fighter) Silver Linings Playbook and The Place Beyond the Pines from helmer Derek Cianfrance.
