The reboot of the classic action sci-fi flick which reteams the Drive team of Ryan Gosling and helmer Nicolas Winding Refn, has picked up a new screenwriter Andrew Baldwin, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The writer who's attached to Warner Bros. The Outsider, is set for the project produced by Akiva Goldsman and Joel Silver.
Logan’s Run takes is a place in a post-apocalyptic utopia where people are put to death when they reach thirty years old. Note in the novel by William F. Nolan and George Clayton Johnson however. In the book, this happens at age 21.
The original 1976 film was helmed by Michael Anderson from the script by David Zelag Goodman and starred Michael York, Richard Jordan and Jenny Agutter.
