My Mother's Curse casts Adam Scott. Joins Robin Tunney in See Girl Run.
Adam Scott (Parks & Recreation) has joined the My Mother's Curse comedy opposite Seth Rogen and Barbra Streisand. Additionally, he has also been cast in Nate Meyer's See Girl Run alongside Robin Tunney.
My Mother's Curse is being produced by Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions with Anne Fletcher (The Proposal, 27 Dresses, Step Up) helming from the screenplay by Dan Fogelman.
The comedy tells of an inventor who goes on a cross-country road trip with his mother while trying to sell his latest product and reunite with his lost love. Colin Hanks and Yvonne Strahovski also star in the Lorne Michaels, John Goldwyn and Evan Goldberg produced film.
See Girl Run revolves around a woman who gets caught up in "what ifs," causing her to dig back into her romantic history. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Scott's character is a local hero who remained in their hometown and went on to become an artist and illustrator and pine for his high school love.
Jesse Sweet and Derrick Tseng produce and Lisa Muskat and David Gordon Green will serve as executive producers.
