Jason Segel and Ed Helms to star in 'Jeff Who Lives at Home'

Jason Segel and Ed Helms are set to star in the stoner comedy "Jeff Who Lives at Home."Mark and Jay Duplass are writing and helming as well as producing alongside Jason Reitman and his Way Films and John Malkovich's Mr. Mudd.

Film follows a day in the life of two brothers. One is a loser (Segel) who lives at home and the other (Helms) who may be more together but is overbearing. Judy Greer is in talks to play Helms' wife and the role of the mother is being cast.

Shooting is set to begin next month in Louisiana.

Helms, star of the successful "The Hangover," recently wrapped Fox Searchlight's comedy "Cedar Rapids" and is attached to star in Universal's comedy "Central Intelligence."
