Adam Scott has has Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, Zooey Deschanel, Emily Mortimer and Rashida Jones in "My Idiot Brother."
"My Idiot Brother" stars Paul Rudd as an idealist who deals with his overbearing mother who crashes into the homes of his ambitious sisters and manages to brings truth, happiness and a sunny disposition into their lives but at the same time, wreaks havoc.
Scott will play a neighbor of Banks' character.
Jesse Peretz helms the project from the screenplay by Evgenia Peretz and David Schisgall. Producing are Anthony Bregman, Peter Saraf and Marc Turtletaub.
Scott is currently in HBO's uproarious "Party Down" comedy as well as NBC's "Parks & Recreation." Other bigscreen credits include "Step Brothers," "Vicious Kind" and the upcoming horror flick "Piranha 3D."
